Accessibility

This site should work for you whether you use a mouse, a keyboard, a screen reader, or a very large font size. Here's what's been done, and what to do if something still gets in your way.

What's in place

• A "skip to content" link as the first thing you reach with the keyboard.
• Every interactive element is reachable by keyboard and shows a clear focus outline.
• Text and background colors are chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast for body text.
• Illustrations carry descriptive alternative text, and purely decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
• Headings run in a logical order so screen-reader users can navigate by structure.
• Tap targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels.
• Animation and smooth scrolling are switched off automatically if your device asks for reduced motion.
• The layout reflows down to small screens and holds together when text is enlarged.

Known gaps

This is a small site maintained by one person, and it has not been through a formal third-party audit. If you hit something that does not work, that is a bug worth telling me about — not something you should have to work around.
